Updated yet again, now everything’s complete and I’m on to HTML5

CHANGES:

• Hid the bomb counter in inside Drill view
• Added a boost meter so you know how long it lasts
• Added some more various SFX
• Changed the music a little bit
• Added a lot of particle FX
• Retextured ores
• Added credits in starting screen
• Added proper death animation for the Miner
• Minor bug fixes
